New Year's Eve Celebration & Wine Dinner

Come celebrate with The Tasting Room New Orleans as we ring in the New Year with our Celebration & Wine Dinner!

Tickets are $120 per person plus Tax & Gratuity which includes a Five Course Dinner & Wine Pairing as well as a Midnight Champagne Toast!

Arugula, Shaved Fennel, Apple and Roasted Walnut Salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette

2016 Michele Alois Caulino Falanghina from Campania, Italy

SECOND COURSE:...
Oysters Rockefeller with a Traditional Hollandaise Sauce
WINE PAIRING:
2016 Flora Springs Chardonnay from Napa Valley, California

THIRD COURSE:
Crawfish, Goat Cheese and Eggplant Roulade in a Cajun Cream Sauce
WINE PAIRING:
2014 Cambridge & Sunset Pinot Noir from Sonoma County, California

FOURTH COURSE:
Filet Mignon with a Wild Mushroom Demi served with Roasted Garlic and Pancetta Mashed Potatoes
WINE PAIRING:
2013 Hammekin Cellars Tosalet Old Vine Priorat. A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Priorat Valley in Spain

Come by on Thursday December 14th for our HOLIDAY DINNER & SHERRY PAIRING!

$100/PERSON + Tax & Gratuity: includes 5 Course Dinner with a Sherry Wine Pairing for each course.

We will even have Karla Kilgore from Tailored Selections, a Sherry Expert, on site to give everyone a breakdown of the different Sherrys they are drinking; how they are grown, produced, etc. as well as how they pair with every course.
